David has worked in London, Prague, and Auckland, New Zealand. From General Manager of cafes, restaurants, and music venues, to Brand Ambassador in the beverage industry.
Whilst in NZ, amongst their thriving specialty coffee scene, he was inspired to start his own business and following the Covid pandemic lockdowns it established in the form of Bolt Espresso serving the South Coast of the UK.
